CREATIVE DIRECTOR


KWCS Principal Kent Woodcock leads the team of collaborating creative industry professionals.

Kent thinks big and inspires others to do the same. At Kent Woodcock Creative Solutions, he has led design and communication initiatives for Cancer Council Australia, Orica International, Maitland City Council, Lake Macquarie City Council, Newcastle Now, Parkes Shire Council, Armidale Regional Council, Gunnedah Shire Council, Upper Hunter tourism and Singleton library.

High profile campaigns while Creative Director at Peach Advertising include Australia Post, NIB Health Funds, NSW Health, EPA, RTA, NSW Maritime, Workcover, Sydney Water, HMRI, Canteen, and National Heart Foundation.

Kent passionately believes that meaningful collaboration is the key to effective communication that sets clients up for long term success. He created Bandanna Day which today is one of Australia’s most successful fund raisers. He finds inspiration in people and their stories, and this forms the basis of the KWCS Discovery Methodology.

The excellence of his work is recognised by many creative and advertising effectiveness awards.

KAYE BRENNAN | Communication Specialist

Kaye takes a highly strategic approach to all marketing and communication projects and was integral to the success of the Brand Maitland, Parkes, Armidale, Singleton and Gunnedah Projects. 

For Maitland she created ‘The Levee’, a new name for Maitland’s rejuvenated CBD. A communication specialist with deep experience in advertising, marketing and branding, Kaye is also a seasoned producer for TV, video and photography assignments. She has written and produced work across all mediums, at a regional, state and national level to enhance public perception and raise brand value. 

Her advertising agency clients included NIB, RTA, Australia Post, Sydney Water,EPA, NSW Health, Maritime and many more. At her consultancy KB Communications and Marketing, she works directly with clients.

Her roles with KWCS span creative writing, strategic planning, project management, workshop facilitation and brand distillation. Kaye’s insights and refined skill set will help ensure success for Newcastle City Council.

JACK HOLLINGWORTH | Art Director

Jack is a young and passionate creative who has been working closely with the KWCS team for the past 9 months as FEELS Creative. 

Having achieved his Diploma of Graphic design, Jack has broadened his horizons by developing his skills and interests in animation, illustration and editing.

With experience in the hospitality industry, Jack works closely with MEET restaurant to develop and orchestrate their digital marketing and social media presence and service his own clients such as Coal & Cedar, BFFit, Hair of The Dog and UrbanVIne.

Jack has a keen interest in the surf industry and worked in partnership with Waves of Wellness Foundation and Fisherflicks to create ‘Fisherflicks Surf Film Festival’ in 2017. Having entries all over the country, the film festival raised up to $28,000 for the mental health foundation.
